Jason and his crew were very professional from start to finish. A+ company and would highly recommend for any construction or renovation needs. Jason was always open to communication, and quick to respond with any concerns or issues that came up during the construction.

Jason was fantastic to collaborate with on the safety and construction needs for our home. He made no time to explain the reasons why steps are taken and was available to answer questions and be on-site. From day one when we discussed the safety needs and details, to the final checklist with the inspector, Jason and his crews were great- definitely recommend working with Hiland Construction! 5 stars!

Jason & his crew did a herculean job clearing our multiple rooftops of massive snow and ice after the past 3-4 months of continuous snow dumping and temperature fluctuations! They dealt with wicked slabs of ice and compact snow on shingled and metal rooftops. Thankfully, they used proper safety equipment to ensure it was only ice and snow that made its way over the edges! After the snow was off the rooftops, they did a great job clearing and carving out paths (more like tunnels!) for us to be able to get in and out of the house and detached garage safely. We cannot recommend Hiland Construction highly enough!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Jason for a sink installation in our house, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Jason's professionalism and attention to detail were evident from the moment he arrived. Not only did Jason complete the installation efficiently, but he also took the time to explain the process and answer any questions I had. His expertise and knowledge were truly impressive. The quality of Jason's workmanship is outstanding. The sink looks flawless, and I have complete confidence that it was installed correctly. Jason's attention to detail ensured that everything was level and secure. In addition to his technical skills, Jason was a pleasure to work with. He was punctual, courteous, and respectful of our home. He left the work area clean and tidy, which I greatly appreciated. I highly recommend Jason for your remodeling or plumbing needs. His professionalism, expertise, and exceptional workmanship make him a top choice. I wouldn't hesitate to hire him again in the future. Thank you, Jason, for your outstanding service!

Jason Novotny of Hiland Construction is a creative designer. Jason looks at your current house structure and finds better solutions that optimize living space in your remodeled home. The subcontractors Jason uses did very good work. We asked Jason Novotny of Hiland Construction to make our house ADA compliant because of our 102-year-old father. He enlarged my father’s bedroom and bathroom doors for wheelchair access, making a pocket door for my father’s bedroom. We are very happy with the large wheelchair-access shower. The subcontractor did a beautiful job on the tiles in the shower. The electrician installed ideal lighting and convenient outlets in all of the rooms. Another good design of Jason’s was the mud area with storage and hat shelf. Jason redesigned our crawlspace hatch, putting it in a very accessible area and made it larger. This was very important and much appreciated. He also placed a window in a different size and orientation in our dining area which opened up the space. He made a good choice of kitchen countertops. The kitchen was everything I wanted.Throughout our house, he used harmonious colors and door design. Jason strong points are definitely his subcontractors, his creativity, his ability to redesign your house for optimal use, and his ability to keep in touch with you so that you know what is going on.

Jason has always promptly replied to all construction issues I have needed. He has explained the issues in easy to explain language, and given me a cost estimate (a range actually) of the repair. I consider him my house doctor, if you know what I mean. I would not hesitate to call him with any housing construction or repair issue. I have found him to be a hard working and competent individual. Willis
